SCOTT H. FINKBEINER received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was on the Dean's list.  While at the University of Arizona, Mr. Finkbeiner worked as an accountant for the University of Arizona Athletic Department.  Mr. Finkbeiner received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law School, where he was a member of the Professional Responsibility Committee and Phi Alpha Delta.

Mr. Finkbeiner, co-founder of Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, practices in the areas of family law, estate planning and business formations for the firm.  Mr. Finkbeiner is familiar with all aspects of family Law, estate planning and business transactions.  Mr. Finkbeiner's legal experience also includes a judicial clerkship concentrating in the Employment Law field as well as an internship with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.      

Mr. Finkbeiner is also active in the community.   Mr. Finkbeiner currently serves on the San Diego County Bar Association's Board of Directors.  He is also the chairperson of the San Diego County Bar Association's Young & New Lawyers Division, as well as a member of Barrister's Club, American Bar Association and is a Volunteer for the San Diego County Bar Association's Modest Means Program.  Mr. Finkbeiner enjoys golfing and the beach.
